The 4-hour response is designed for the small to medium business owner who would like a response quickly but perhaps not immediately. The 4-hour timeline allows for most responses to be obtained by or before the end of the business day. At worst, it might take until early next morning for a response. This is our standard level of response for the majority of our clients. Emergency service is billable at an increased rate equal to Solution 4. If there is any situation where you need more immediate response, you can upgrade your Solution for that specific case. |
