Plan Offerings

Break-Fix
We can bill at an hourly rate only as issues arise. This is ideal for the company that may only need occasional help when things are broken, however, leads to spikes within the IT budget throughout the year.

Scheduled blocks
Some work, such as yearly maintenance or major upgrades, can be scheduled in advanced. Being scheduled is a good thing for both of our companies and we'd like to reward you for that with discounted prices.

Emergency/After hour
If your needs/situation extend beyond the normal working hours or the company requires that all IT work be done after hours, we can accommodate that with special pricing suited just for your needs.

Unlimited
In this structure, we serve as your IT department. We provide unlimited number of visits to your site to resolve all your IT issues at a flat monthly rate.

24 x 7 monitoring
Through our StayAlert system, we can regularly review the health of your system and provide continual monitoring to ensure your systems stay in optimal shape.

Remote support
Not all problems require an IT person on site to resolve. For instance, if servers can support remote access, we will be able to resolve many issues without having to make a costly and time-consuming visit. This often leads to quicker response to issues and flexibility to work on emergency and after hour situations without requiring a site visit.
