Why accept support on a single term?
Most small business IT support is built on a single pricing structure. Quite frankly, it's just easier for a company our size to do just one price across all our clients. Billing is easier and since most companies don't know any better, the IT budget is often inflated.
But here at we believe that it is important our clients have options, that not all companies are created equal. Some companies need constant IT support with a level of responsiveness that will keep the operation running continually. Others don’t have as high-demand situations but still require a level of professional attention and urgency.
Our support packages are designed to promote this flexibility.
While you sign up for one package as your default plan, at any time you can request a particular situation to be upgraded for a more immediate response. Thus, the response time and the expense to your bottom line are within your controls.
Emergency/After hour
If your needs/situation extend beyond the normal working hours or the company requires that all IT work be done after hours, we can accomidate that with special pricing suited just for your needs.
Scheduled blocks
Some work, such as yearly maintenance or major upgrades, can be scheduled in advanced. Being scheduled is a good thing for both of our companies and we'd like to reward you for that with discounted prices.
Remote solutions
Not all problems require an IT person on site to resolve. For instance, if your architecture can support remote server access, we will be able to resolve many issues without setting foot on campus. This often leads to quicker response to issues and flexibility to work on emergency and after hour situations without requiring a site visit.
